Activity 1: VR Content Development

  • Students of LBU and SNU make recommendation that what they want to learn about each other’s country, city, university and so forth
  • Make three teams:
  • 15 LBU Students: 5 members in each team
  • 9 Sundi Students: 3 members in each team (student of Sundi Secondary Students)
  • How to make VR Video training
  • Different Theme for each team
  • Take VR shooting
  • Send VC Video to SNU Students
  • SNU team will edit the video

 

Activity 2: Make a VR Experience Zone

  • Fix the venue inside LBU
  • Decide the model and other related issue
  • Purchase materials (Fund Support: SNU →Um Hong Gil Human Foundation → LBU)
  • Install the VR Zone
  • Opening Ceremony of VR Zone

Activity 3: public screening Ceremony of vr content

  • Jointly with Seoul National University, Um Hong Gil Human Foundation, and Sundi Secondary School
  • Fix the date and venue inside LBU
  • Prepare banner, tea, coffee and cookies
  • Conduct the first screening

 

Activity 4: online mentor-mentoring

  • Total Five Teams:
  • 2 SNU students in each team
  • 2 LBU students in each team
  • 4 High school students (Sundi Secondary School)
  • Survey the demand of the students of Sundi Secondary School,
  • Decide the topic of mentoring
  • Design the mentoring curriculum (jointly by LBU and SNU students)
  • Meet once in a week
  • Necessary condition:
  1. Fluent English
  2. Internet facility in home

  2. Official letter from SNU to LBU: October 25, 2021
  3. MOU
  4. Send name and cloth size of student: October 29, 2021
  • Notice: October 24, 2021
  • Interview: October 27, 2021
  1. First group meeting: November 11, 2021
  2. First VR mid-term presentation and orientation: November 25, 2021 (15:45 ~ 18:45 NPT)
  3. Second VR mid- term presentation: January 06, 2022 (15:45 ~ 18:45 NPT)
  4. Public screening ceremony : fix the date

 

Internal preparation

  • Approval of the program (executive committee)
  • Select implement coordinator
  • Form a student selection committee
  • Implement the project
