The Dean office of Lumbini Buddhist University has organized One Day Teachers’ Orientation Program on the syllabus of Third year Bachelor in Buddhism and Humanities(BBH), at Lumbini University itself on December 20, 2018.
In the opening session of the Orientation Program, present Dean of L.B.U. Dr. Manik Ratna Shakya welcomed all the instructors and teachers and gave brief introduction about the Orientation Program.
In the class total of six subjects were orientated by the subject experts. The subjects were Rural Sociology and Development, Government Institution and local Rural Governance, New Buddhist Subject Buddhist Tourism in Nepal, English Poetry/Critical Thinking and Practical Criticism, Rural Development Practice in Nepal and Chinese Language Accordingly, the subjects were delivered by Dr. Sabitri Sherestha , Dr. Gopal Parajuli, Mr Karna Bahadur Maharjan, Dr. Chandra Bahadur K.C., Dr.Sabitri Shrestha and Dr. Sagar Sharma.
All the syllabus were briefly discussed by participating experts and teachers with some suggestions and changes in the syllabus as required. Total of seventeen teachers participated in the class. The orientation class was successfully ended after the thanks giving and concluding speech by the Dean of L.B.U.
